Arklow 5K for €5k

For the second year , Harmony Timber Solutions Ireland Ltd are proud to have sponsored the Arklow 5k For €5k 

The event, organised by the staff of AIB Arklow, is organised to raise funds for Arklow Cancer Support Group

Arklow Cancer Support is a purely voluntary organisation that relies on fundraising and donations from the general public.

They provide specialised therapies, complimentary therapies, drop in services, telephone support services, information and volunteer driving and counselling.

Courses include art classes, creative writing, meditation, mindfulness, stress control, sound meditation and more. Other services include monthly meetings, men’s groups and one to one support.

It really is a wonderful charity which deserves all the support it can get from the public.

Well done to every one that was involved, to all the participants and all the organisers!
