We are delighted to share some recent photo’s of the 1st timber frame project Harmony Timber Frame, Ireland completed in Wexford, Ireland!
We thoroughly enjoyed this timber frame project and are proud to share the remarkable achievements of this build with you all.
By constructing this project with the correct materials we were able to achieve a U-Value rating of 0.15 w/m²k. This was possible by using the following external wall makeup:
- Internal Reflective Foil Breather Membrane
- Frametherm 35 Insulation Between The Wall Studs
- 140mm CLS External Wall Studs
- 9mm OSB3 Sheathing
- External Reflective Foil Breather Membrane
We were pleased to finalize our involvement on site by conducting an ‘Air Tightness’ test, which was completed by our Timber Frame Sales Director Martin Williams. It was another impressive result with an Air Tightness rating of 1.451 m³/h/m² at 50 pa.
