New Custom Build Facility

Harmony Timber Solutions commence works on their new custom build facility in the Avoca River Park.

Harmony Timber Solutions are delighted to announce the commencement of their new factory at Avoca River Park in the glorious setting in the vale of Avoca. The development is expected to be completed by late November.

While it is a major investment from a company point of view, we believe in the growth of off-site construction and expect this industry to be central in tackling the current housing crisis”

The development will consist of two large industrial units, a separate two storey office building, along with external storage areas all situated on a thirty-acre site.

With their sustainable ethos, Harmony plan to use sustainable renewable solutions to supply power to their site.

The development is been developed by a local contractor MPG Iron Works under the guidance of local Engineer and Project Management company Conor McCarthy and Associates.

Harmony have been operating out of rental premises since 2015 and this new build now gives the company a permanent hope. This location is well-placed for the operation, in terms of transport links and employee travel times. The new site, while supporting the current operation will also give Harmony the space to grow and develop the business to meet the ever-increasing demand in off site construction.  

Garrett who is also the local Arklow & District Chamber president feels that Arklow is well placed to bounce back from the impact that Covid has had and looks forward to Harmony Timber playing a leading role in this recovery.
